will be turning 22 in a matter of days! i'm getting really anxious though there is no particular reason to feel that way. the anxiety can probably be attributed to the more mature decisions that i have to face sooner or later.

hence the new look of the blog!

i like it better this way - simple, clean, and yes - mature. i realized that my blog doesn't have to be really pink all over just so tales of the pink princess will be justified. *wink*

huge boxes are already here in the house, signaling that summer vacation is already coming close. we're going home to the Philippines in a few months and who knows if it will be for good. i am seriously in dire need for some major decluttering. i'd like to see things rearranged, because it gives me some sense of jolt, novelty, and creativity.

plans for summer are already piling up. however, the others are still hazy until such time that i personally attend to the matters in the Philippines. i think i'm going to spend a huge amount of time and fortune for the second summer, but so what - if it's going to be a huge investment for my future, i'd gladly offer everything.

something about this week excites me. aside from the fact that i am more geared for my classes, my head's up for wider stretches of creativity. i don't know, i feel like God's going to surprise me with something. i'll let you know whenever it comes up. :)

my unsolicited advice for you, my dear reader: take time to sit in a serene place, close your eyes, and thank God for the blessing that you are in the lives of the people around you :) ask God to make you as adamant as you can ever be, to not waver in the lightest of quakes, to not give up in the smallest of heartaches, for only Him can make you so indestructible.
